We want you to love your Allbirds as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked trial period for all of our shoes. If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items in any condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, place your items in their original packaging, and securely attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
