What is the Allbirds return policy?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked trial period. You can return or exchange your shoes within 30 days, even if you've worn them out in the wild.

Are Allbirds shoes machine washable?

Yes! Most of our shoes are machine washable. Just remove the laces and insoles, place the shoes in a delicates bag, and wash on a cold cycle with mild detergent.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner.

What materials do you use in your products?

We prioritize natural and recycled materials, including FSC-certified eucalyptus tree fiber, ZQ-certified merino wool, and sugarcane-based SweetFoam.

Do you offer half sizes?

Most of our styles are currently available in whole sizes only. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the best fit.
